How do I cancel my Citizen subscription?
Open your Passport → Account → Subscription → Cancel. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel in one click. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your data — visits, wishlists, friends — is preserved.
What's the refund policy?
7-day return guarantee from your first paid invoice. Open your Passport → Account → Subscription → Request a refund (the link is only visible while you're inside the 7-day window). We review the request and approve via a magic-link email; once approved, Stripe refunds the payment and cancels the subscription immediately. After 7 days there are no refunds — but you can still cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. If you can't find the link, email support@farside.earth.
How do I export my passport data?
For now, email support@farside.earth with "Export my passport data" in the subject. We send a JSON file with every country, region, city, wishlist, and visit on your account. Self-service export from inside the Passport is coming — we'll announce when it ships.
I'm signed in on a new device but my visits are missing — what gives?
Magic-link sign-in pulls your data from the cloud, so visits should appear within a few seconds of signing in. If they're still missing, force-refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to clear the service worker cache. If that doesn't fix it, email support@farside.earth with the email you signed in with and we'll look at the database directly.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@farside.earth with the subject "Delete my account". We wipe your account — visits, wishlists, friends, subscription, payment record — within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done. Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the same request.
Why is Watch My Year disabled?
It's being rebuilt. The original version didn't render reliably across devices and we'd rather ship it right than rushed. Coming soon — Citizen subscribers will see it first when it returns.

Can I get an invoice for my Citizen subscription?
Stripe sends one automatically to the email on your account every time it charges you. If you need a corrected invoice (different billing name, address, VAT number, etc.), reply to your most recent invoice email and we'll re-issue it. If you can't find it, check spam, or email support@farside.earth.
